CANCELLATION POLICY

Applies to EVERY appointment - Please carefully read to ensure there are no surprises

At Style House, all appointments must be held with a credit card. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation. A confirmation email will be sent out 48 hours in advance to remind you and allow you to make any necessary changes to your appointment. Cancelations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a 20% charge of the service total. A no call, no show (including late arrival) will result in a full charge of the service total. For appointment times outside of our normal business hours, canceling within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a 100% charge of the service total including the premium. There are NO REFUNDS.
